Electroencephalography (EEG)

An EEG is a test measuring the electical activity of the brain. The test helps diagnosis seizure activity, head injuries or infections and causes of confusion.

To schedule an EEG with Midwest Sleep Services; call the GCMH Central Scheduler. You will be faxed a referral form to be filled out and signed by your provider. Then fax the completed form back to GCMH at the below number. The GCMH Central Scheduler will notify Midwest Sleep Services who will in turn call you to schedule the test at GCMH.
